Our Client is an established Care Provider with an outstanding reputation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective support to all office- and community-based staff.
The role requires constant close and effective liaison with the organisation’s staff. Tasks will include reception duties, answering telephone enquiries, local courier duties, handling all incoming and outgoing mail, organizing all deliveries, some accounting and document despatch; photocopying and scanning; filing (document archiving), and reporting to the directors and management. In addition, the role will involve other tasks as required.
