As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service ensuring our client’s continued compliance with relevant legislation. In partnership with the senior care coordinators, you will participate in the strategic development of the organisation and assist with the identification and development of strategies for the planning and delivery of quality, innovative domiciliary services. You will:

You will manage a large staff team in the management and direct provision of the service. You will:
You will implement and maintain an effective quality assurance programme to promote high quality, best practice, continuous improvement of service delivery and liaising as necessary with the commissioners.
Quality Assurance Policies
You will be responsible for effective and efficient service delivery and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met. You will:
Liaise closely with Directors and Accounts manager regarding charges to clients ensuring that commissioned work is adequately priced.
Any outgoing costs are discussed and agreed to by the Directors and/or the accounts manager.
Ensure that staff using company vehicles have the correct credentials and are lawful ie that they have insurance and a UK drivers licence.
Ensure that the Company vehicle has an up-to-date MOT and current Insurance.
You will proactively manage allocated budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and develop operational controls in partnership with the operational staff to ensure a commitment to cost-effectiveness and value for money.
